normal to see people drive without shirt or walk without shirt in brazil

Don't be surprised when you see this in Brazil and it is mostly because of summer heat and in my country, if people see you walking without shirts or driving without shirts they would call you a mad man, lol and this is not the same in Brazil, people walk without shirts and drive without shirts so don't be surprised to see it when you arrive Brazil.
