The rule of law is supreme in Brazil and they don't joke with it, the Brazilian constitution is a sacred document and I had to read the English copy, The Brazilian Constitution prohibits all forms of discrimination ( age, race, color, national origin, disability, religion, sex, marital status, political affiliation, pregnancy, and citizenship) by federal and state governments and the country's population.
Brazil is a regional superpower but the Brazilian constitution does not allow Brazil to meddle in other people's affairs, Brazil is a peacemaker and they have zero problems with their neighbors.
Some countries can't manage their diversity like Nigeria, our diversity is supposed to be our strength but it is our weakness.
