With the snake in the scare going on in Nigeria now I just need to post this and landlords can change their pipes to Non-Return-Flap-Valve this would keep the rats away and also keep the snakes away because the snakes go after the rats, so when you want to build your house make sure you buy it and if you have built your house change your pipes, so protect yourself because Nigeria does not have anti-venom for the population, in brazil if you get bitten by a cobra your chances of survival is 80%.
