President of Argentina racist comment against Brazilians and Mexicans

Is Argentina truly a racist country? I don't live there so I really can not say but from this man's comment and what I  read about the history of Argentina we can all say that there is racism in argentina but we still have alot of Nigerians and Africans living there, yes we have racism everywhere in the world but open display of racism is what I truly dislike
