Brazilian team takes 5.5 tons of equipment and food to the World Cup

More than a thousand game shirts, manioc flour, and massage machines are among the items taken into preparation.

The Brazilian National Team's technical committee took more than 5.5 tons of equipment and food in their luggage, which were transported on a plane chartered by the Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF). It is, in practice, 300 volumes of material, ranging from clothing and medicines for the athletes to electronic equipment that was at the service of the staff.

The clothing sector is responsible for the largest number of volumes that will be transported to Qatar, where the world championship will take place on November 20th.

According to the CBF, almost a thousand shirts will be taken to the 2022 World Cup, with 700 yellow shirts and 230 blue. Each athlete will receive three uniform kits: one for training, one for concentration, and one for games – where each athlete wears two shirts, one for each half.

In addition to the uniforms, the Brazilian delegation will also take food. Only from cassava flour, those responsible for the athletes' meals will transport 30 kg of cassava flour, according to CNN.

The technical commission will also carry 92 medicines in their luggage, in addition to ultrasound and laser equipment for physiotherapy, a hyperbaric chamber, stretchers, massage machines, and 2,000 cleats, among other items.

The Brazilian National Team is in Italy, where it carries out its first training sessions with the selected athletes. On the 19th, they will travel to Qatar. Their debut is scheduled for the 24th when they face the Serbia national team.

Plane crash that killed Marília Mendonça turns 1 year today

Police suspect a human error in an accident that killed Marília Mendonça.

This Saturday (5th) marks one year since the accident that killed Marília Mendonça and four other people in Caratinga, Minas Gerais. The Civil Police investigations have not yet been concluded, but the agency has already ruled out the weather conditions of the day and suspicion of human error in the accident as the cause of the aircraft crash.

The Police also cited the signs from Cemig, the Minas Gerais Energy Company. The plane, before crashing, hit the wiring. But according to police, the signage was not mandatory, as the power towers were outside the airfield's protection zone.

The main line of investigation is human error, as the pilot did not follow the recommended landing pattern for the Caratinga airfield. But the conclusion of the investigation still depends on reports from CENIPA, the Center for Investigation and Prevention of Aeronautical Accidents, which will still indicate whether there is a mechanical failure in the aircraft.

According to delegate Ivan Lopes Sales, testimonies indicate that the pilot did not perform the maneuver that was expected. “He left the airfield protection zone to make this landing. It is a factor that may have influenced the fall,” he says.

Check Out What Bitter Leaf Tree Looks Like In Brazil

Abroad we consume a lot of surgery beverages, and the number one culprit is Coca-Cola, that ish is just so addictive especially when the weather is hot, 6 cubes of ice, that is the way I enjoy my Coca-Cola, but as a real Lagos boy, you must drink (Agbo)herbs to cleanse the sugar from your system because let's face it, man is getting old, lol, don't want to start dealing with issues when one is old when you are supposed to be enjoying life.

So I don't joke with bitter leaf, I always take it every morning, and luckily for me, bitter leaf grows everywhere in Brazil.

In Africa, we are used to those small bitter leaf plants and I am asking myself if maybe because we pluck them a lot that is why they don't grow big and talllol.

In Brazil, the trees are very big as you can see in the picture. I also enjoy the lovely bitter-leaf soup that I prepare myself because we also have cocoyam in Brazil. What do think guys?
