In my home country your mum could give you her card and her pin and you can go to the nearest atm and make a withdrawal for her but in Brazil it is different, you cant withdraw for someone because all bank ATMs have biometric features.
Itau bank uses your finger while Bradesco uses your palm
I have seen old people in wheelchairs being brought down to the atm spot because they can't send their kids to withdraw for them and the banks in Brazil did this to save themselves from paying stolen money
